Pumpkin Seeds
Finally writing this down ...
Collect pumpkin seeds
Wash/remove excess fluff
Brine for each 1cup of seeds:
2cup water
2T table salt
Boil then simmer 10min
Dry (overnight is ok)
Coat with olive oil and bake at 400F for 20-25min (toss frequently, until golden)
