Pumpkin Seeds

Finally writing this down ...
  • Collect pumpkin seeds
  • Wash/remove excess fluff
  • Brine for each 1cup of seeds:
    • 2cup water
    • 2T table salt
  • Boil then simmer 10min
  • Dry (overnight is ok)
  • Coat with olive oil and bake at 400F for 20-25min (toss frequently, until golden)
